Prerequisites: PSEE 211, GSBP 200, or GSBP 331. During this course, students become aware of all types of exceptional children. Appropriate intervention strategies for effective teaching of exceptional children are emphasized.

Prerequisites: PSEE 392. Students in this course learn procedures for the diagnosis and correction of reading difficulties. Remediation techniques, which are appropriate for classroom teachers are presented. Each student utilizes these techniques in a weekly tutorial practicum.
